Thank You for choosing LHYA basketball for your child's basketball experience. We are a volunteer-run nonprofit Association that serves the Licking Heights community but is open to neighboring communities and their families.

This will be an 8 week mini clinic program starting in December 2024. The young athletes will participate in mini-games whose goal is to teach them basketball terminology and basic skills such as dribbling, passing and shooting. We will also emphasize pivoting and other important body movements. The last mini clinic will consist of 3 vs 3 games where the kids can showcase everything they have learned. Clinic participants will receive 1 LHYA jersey, 1 mini basketball, 8 weeks of clinics and completion certificate/medal. Cost is $100 per participant.  

All players will be expected to participate in a league fundraiser. This can be opted out of for a $20 fee.

Kindergarten/1st /2nd Grade MINI Division - Co-Ed

3rd - 4th Grade JUNIOR Division - Co-Ed

5th - 6th Grade SENIOR Division - Co-Ed

Registration will close on October 31st. Cheer uniform fittings will take place the week of Oct 21st - 25th and the week of Nov 1st-3rd (more details will be e-mailed to you once you have completed registration). Practices will begin in November with games beginning in December. The post-season tournament will take place in mid-February to late February. All dates will be forwarded to participants when finalized. 

Cheerleaders will cheer for LHYA basketball games played at our home gym at Licking Heights Middle School.

The cheer program will also run a small concession stand during game days.

 All players will receive a uniform.
