| Registration deadline is November 1, 2009. We have learned that some of the registration forms are missing the mail in address. Please send your completed form and payment to: LHYA, PO Box 1, Summit Station, Ohio 43073 We apologize for inconvenience. Forms will be available online at Basketball Registration. We are also planning to pass them out directly to all volleyball participants and through the schools. |
